At FNboostify, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for purchases made through our platform. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Invalid Credentials: The provided login details do not work and we cannot resolve the issue
  • Significant Discrepancy: The account content materially differs from what was advertised
  • Pre-Existing Ban: The account was banned prior to purchase (must be reported within 24 hours)
  • Non-Delivery: Account credentials were not delivered within the guaranteed timeframe

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after successful delivery
  • Failure to secure the account (change password, email, enable 2FA) within 24 hours
  • Account issues arising from buyer negligence or credential sharing
  • Bans or restrictions imposed by Epic Games after account transfer
  • Minor cosmetic differences from listing images
  • Purchases made in violation of our Terms of Service

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving account credentials

  • Include your order number, registered email, and detailed description of the issue
  • Provide screenshots or evidence supporting your claim
  • Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
  • Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund
  • Partial refunds may be issued in certain circumstances

Chargeback Policy

We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension and potential legal action for fraudulent claims.
